Does the baklava really arrive fresh?

Does baklava survive delivery?
Yes. The baklava stays in its aluminium tray and travels snugly in our Swiss Baklava box, so it almost always arrives intact, usually within 1 to 2 working days. If anything is ever damaged, email us within 24 hours with a photo.
Isn't a whole 2.2–2.4 kg tray too much?
Not at all. Unopened, the baklava keeps in the fridge for up to a month, so you can save the tray for guests, a family gathering or the office. Once opened, keep it covered in the fridge and enjoy it within a few days. It tastes best if you take it out of the fridge 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
How fast is delivery?
Orders placed Monday to Friday by 1 p.m. leave our bakery the same day; later orders ship the next working day. Orders from Friday afternoon or the weekend are dispatched on Monday, and we do not ship on public holidays. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days and is always free across Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
